2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 656 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased who is said to have killed the deceased because the petitioner was having an extra marital affair.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2023. He further submits that in the trial, no witness has been examined after framing of charge.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21457 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and the delay in trial, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-XI, Vaishali/concerned Court below in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 656 of 2023.

8. The application for bail stands allowed.
