The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner, Uttam Yadav and Ram Pravesh Mandal were travelling on a motorcycle when Uttam Yadav fired on the temporal region of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of firing is against co-accused Uttam Yadav. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and co-accused Ram
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10741 of 2015 (02) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 Pravesh Mandal has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 25855 of 2014.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Nayaram Nagar (Safiyasarai) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2013.
