In the matter of left over 2413 posts out of 34540 the Bihar State Staff Selection Commission has already invited objection for preparation final list.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner has submitted objection. The petitioner has already submitted objection to the Staff Selection Commission.

It goes without saying that the Commission would consider the objection objectively while preparing final select list for 2413 left over vacancies.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23696 of 2012(5) dt.30-10-2018 2/2 The Court hope and trust that the Commission will expedite the finalization of the list so that appointment may be made at the earliest.
