05. 11.02.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.
Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 22.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Bibhuitipur P.S. Case No. 242 of 2013 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur subject to the condition that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled. From henceforth the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred) per month in the Court below in favour of the Informant in place of Rs. 750/- as earlier directed by this Court.
