The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after nine years of marriage in the background of dowry demand of rupees fifty thousand and a buffalo. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that considering the death after nine years of marriage and the statement of the daughter of the victim, the husband of the victim Mukesh Choudhary has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 51737 of 2014. Moreover the investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
