JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Vide order dated 29.07.2019, status report regarding the present stage of the trial was called for and the same was received vide letter no.556 dated 05.08.2019 which is kept below and from perusal whereof, it appears that the trial Court has prayed for extension of two months' time to conclude the trial.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, the trial Court, i.e., Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial No.471 of 2016 arising out of Bhairab Asthan P.S.Case No.22 of 2015 is directed to expedite and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of this order.
