Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named nine persons and alleged that they took his father ina field and assaulted him. Mavi Kumar, Manehdra Yadav, Munna Kumar fired which hit on the chest and other parts of the body of his father. Laloo Yadav gave dagger blow on the right rib of his father. Akhilesh Yadav fired on his brother Dhananjay Kumar but he had providential escape . It is submitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 09.10.2014.

Considering the fact that petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific allegation of assault is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7625 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 made against the petitioner and petitioner is in jail for the last four months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri B.M. Tripathi, J.M. Ist Class, Jehanabad in Karpi P.S. Case No. 213 of 2014.
