Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.8.2014 in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he gave one lathi blow on the head of the deceased. In course of investigation, witnesses stated that free fight took place between the parties and in the aforesaid free fight, deceased sustained injuries on his head. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that deceased died due to head injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
