Learned counsel for the petitioner only confines his prayer to the following relief.
"1. I. Further direct to learned Sessions Judge-III, Siwan to dispose of petition filed under Section 340 of Cr. P.C. vide dated 01.12.16 and 04.02.2017."
The petitions dated 01.12.2016 and 04.02.2017 were filed in the court of A.D.J.-III, Siwan under Section 340 Cr. P.C. vide Annexures-1 and 1/A to the present application. But the said petitions are pending till date.
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1718 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, court concerned is directed to take necessary steps to dispose of the said applications at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order as the said petitions are of the year 2016 and 2017.
