ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 06-08-2024 Without going into the merits and demerits of the present case, the present writ petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority by way of filing Appeal under Section 6(C) of Essential Commodity Act.

2. If the appeal is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained and the orders passed on its own merit within a period of 12 weeks by the Appellate Authority.
