2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 61(2), 308(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 25(1-B)(a) and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Informant alleges that all the FIR named accused persons, by hiring professional offenders, got his son killed.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. During investigation, on the confessional statement of this petitioner and co-accused Dipak Singh, pistol used in the alleged offence was recovered. They have further stated that it was co-accused Dilkhush who fired at the deceased. Petitioner is not alleged to have fired on the deceased. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 23.4.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Sadar Police Station Case No. 220 of 2025.
