====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 65 of 2019 arising out of Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 290 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 304 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.09.2018 and all prosecution witnesses have been examined except P.O. and Doctor. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the Court below may be directed to expedite the trial and conclude within a reasonable time.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court below is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44674 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 to take appropriate steps for ensuring the examination of P.O. and Doctor at the earliest preferably within a period of two months and conclude the trial within a further period of two months.

With the aforesaid the present application for bail stands disposed of.
