The petitioner is in jail custody since 13-12-2014 and the informant has only doubted against the petitioner as according to prosecution case, prior to his death, the deceased had taken meal in the house of the petitioner and furthermore, it would appear from perusal of the first information report that a title suit was going on between the petitioner and the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 224 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Subir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Nawada.
