1. The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the ex-parte order passed by Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, containing Memo No. 3627-32 dated 15.04.2019 by which the affiliation of the petitioners/Madarsa were cancelled.
2. Learned counsel for the Board submits that in meeting, which was dated 17.03.2023, vide Resolution No. 3, the Madarsa Board has decided to restore the affiliation of all such Madarsas including the petitioners.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
