The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death of the deceased due to nonfulfilment of dowry demand of Rs.1,00,000/- for starting a business by the in-laws.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Vinod Choudhary and husband of the deceased is in juridical custody.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57842 of 2021(3) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 136 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
