The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 1/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Ravi Kant Ojha, the Assistant Manager of S.I.S. Cash

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9980 of 2015 (4) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 Services Private Ltd. alleged that Amrendra Kumar Singh and Suraj Singh were custodian of the cash who were entrusted to staple the money in the ATM. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. It is submitted that the petitioners were custodian of the cash to deposit in the ATM of any other branch. It is submitted that during course of investigation the name of the petitioner figured in the case only because the petitioners happen to be relatives of Amrendra Kumar Singh and Suraj Singh and Area Manager Kunal Ranjan of S.I.S. Services Pvt. Ltd. Learned Additional P.P. pointed out Para 33 of the case diary in which it is disclosed that petitioner Vikash Kumar and Mayank Kumar are the custodian of the cash for stacking money in ATM in district Sitamarhi and Sheohar. Other accused persons namely Uma Shankar Prasad Rajak, Dhirendra Bihari Srivastava have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S.
