1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 130C of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48953 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute between the parties. Further he submits that the complaint case is lodged after lapse of four days of the alleged occurrence.
4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 130C of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
