The admitted facts of the case do indicate that it was a consensual sexual intercourse the petitioner was having with the lady.

Submission is that the facts do not constitute an offence of rape.

Let petitioner Sajid Raja be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014.
