JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 20-12-2018 Petitioner's counsel submits that one junior to him namely, Sanjay Kumar has been allowed promotion to Grade III under office order dated 20.06.2018 bearing memo no. 4742 issued by the office of the District Education Officer, Patna. He submits that though he is qualified, his name has not been considered. He also submits that he would be approaching the District Education Officer, Patna by a comprehensive representation placing on record his eligibility for such promotion as duly certified by the Head Master of his school.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14778 of 2018 dt.20-12-2018 2/2 If such an application is filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today the District Education Officer, Patna should consider the petitioner's claim in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months thereafter.
