Learned Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners in association of other family members are said to killed daughter of the informant and thrown into the Punpun river.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2277 of 2021(4) dt.15-03-2021 2/2 that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. They are quite innocent and have falsely implicated in this case due to being family members of the deceased. During investigation no evidence have been brought against these petitioners regarding their involvement by specifying any overact against them. The Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and have been languishing in custody since 06.01.2020.

By filing a supplementary affidavit, the petitioners have brought on record that the husband of the deceased is in custody.

Learned App for the State opposed the bail petition. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court Below where the case is pending in connection with S. Tr. No. 272/2020 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 684/2019.
