JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2015 Petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 02.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after about four years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general. Petitioner is old lady and accusation of demand of dowry after four years of marriage appears unreasonable.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
