JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order, I find that A.T.M. card of the petitioner was recovered from the possession of one another co-accused and learned counsel appearing for Economic Offences informs this Court that in course of investigation, it also came to light that fake cheque had been deposited in the account of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33956 of 2016 (2) dt.19-08-2016 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Civil Court, Patna in connection with Economic Offences P.S.Case No. 02 of 2015.
