2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 15.01.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16656 of 2017 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 Annexure-A series whereof being an order dated 31.07.2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 2675 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
