Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed with a prayer for bail in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No.171 of 2017, pending before the learned ADJ-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Act, Buxar, since the trial has already been concluded and the petitioner has been convicted. Moreover, the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the order of conviction. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
