Petitioner is not named in the first information report which was lodged in the year 2010 but the petitioner was remanded in this case on 18.4.2015 from Parsa P.S. Case no. 68/2013 in which petitioner confessed his guilt disclosing involvement in the present case. Except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge V, Saran at Chapra in Sessions trial no. 399/2015 arising out of Bheldi P.S. Case no. 16/2010.
