JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 23-07-2018 Seeking an exception of order dated 02.04.2018 passed by the learned Writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 883 of 2015, dismissing the writ petition filed by the petitioner pertaining to canceling of selection of Anganwari Sevika.
On account of various reasons and irregularities found in the inspection report, learned Writ Court after due consideration dismissed the writ petition and as such we find no reason to interfere into the order. The appeal is accordingly, dismissed.
