The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hathuwa P.S. Case No.85 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that similarly situated coaccused Bala Lakhandar Sah has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.07.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.24657 of 2021.
