2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sarai Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the
