JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 413, 414 of the I.P.C.

During the vehicle cheque the informant intercepted two persons Rakesh Kumar and Jitendra Mahto, driver of a black colour Pulser motorcycle when they confessed their guilt that they used to sale the stolen motorcycle by forging the registration document. At the information of the apprehended accused persons the stolen motorcycle were recovered. The name of the petitioner also surfaced on the confession of the apprehended co-accused.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10675 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015.
