JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. for the State.

The occurrence took place due to land dispute between the parties and in the aforesaid occurrence the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and his father by means of bricks, lathi. The informant's father received grievous injury near his eye whereas the informant is said to have sustained simple injury. The petitioner is in jail custody since 24.11.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.Nagar P.S.Case no 189 of 2015.
