JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two persons were caught by the police in suspicious condition and the aforesaid persons disclosed that they used to snatch gold chain and sell the stolen gold chain to the petitioner. On the basis of aforesaid disclosure, the house of the petitioner was raided and some ornaments were recovered from his house. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the seized ornaments belong to family members of the petitioner and when petitioner was arrested in connection with present case, he was remanded in some other cases also.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12469 of 2015 (2) dt.27-03-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 422 of 2014.
