The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 registered under Sections 467, 468, 420, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is an assistant of deed writer. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the alleged dispute is civil in nature. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
