One country made loaded katta was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that present case has been planted at the behest of Prabhajan Kumar Singh who had lodged Koilwar P.S. Case no. 125/2015 against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Koilwar P.S.
