Petitioner challenges the order dated 01.09.2017 issued by Memo No. 769 /GO Tekari by Respondent No. 3, the Sub Divisional Officer, Tekari, Gaya, Annexure-1 to the writ application by which the license of the P.D.S. shop of the petitioner being license No. 29/16 has been cancelled. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has preferred an appeal before the Respondent No. 2, the Collector, Gaya being Supply Appeal No. 604 of 2017 which is still pending.

This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 2, the Collector, Gaya to dispose of the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.7341 of 2018(2) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 appeal expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate in disposal of the appeal.
