1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 24.06.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20884 of 2023, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the age of the petitioner, as per his adhar card, is about 51 years, but inadvertently he mentioned the age of the petitioner in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50846 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 petition of Criminal Misc. No. 20884 of 2023, as 60 years and accordingly, in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the order, dated 24.06.2023, the age of the petitioner has been mentioned as 60 years. He further prays for two weeks more time to surrender before the learned District Court.
4. In view of the above submission, let the age of the petitioner be read as 51 years, in the order, dated 24.06.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20884 of 2023 and the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned District Court by order, dated 24.06.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20884 of 2023, is extended by further two weeks from today.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
