Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner was disclosed by a witness at paragraph-19 of supplementary case diary and after that, petitioner was arrested and his confession, before police was recorded. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of petitioner was disclosed by witness near about two years after the alleged occurrence.
No doubt, petitioner carries some criminal antecedents but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
