The petitioner is in custody since 22.5.2014 in connection with Salimpur P.S.Case No.85 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 342, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is one of the 6th named accused persons who was arrested in connection with the present case. It was further submitted that the other persons who are alleged to have hijacked the vehicle, have been released on bail vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.36977 of 2014 contained in Annexure-2 series. The case of the petitioner is similarly situated.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner Jitu Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs/10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Ashutosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S.Case No.85 of 2014.
