Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he as well as deceased were seen prior to the recovery of the dead body of the deceased and in course of investigation, the witnesses stated the above stated fact. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 27.09.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev KumarII Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S.Case No. 208 of 2015, G.R.No.2842 of 2015.
