JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2019 The short prayer of the petitioner is to direct the Circle Officer, Goh, District-Aurangabad to enforce his order dated 24.08.2018 passed in Encroachment Case No. 3 of 201819, whereby and whereunder the encroachers upon the public land / Gaimajarua land, have been directed to remove the encroachment but thereafter nothing has happened. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Circle Officer, Goh, Aurangabad to ensure enforcement of its own order dated 24.08.2018, in case the same has not been annulled by any higher court of law or in case there is no other impediment.
