JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Three persons robbed of the belongings of the informant but while they were fleeing, the informant and some villagers chased them and later on, petitioner and one co-accused were arrested.
Submission on behalf of petitioner is that petitioner was caught by the villagers on mere suspicion and as a matter of fact, nothing had been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
