====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Muffasil (Muffasil Nawada) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is a lady and from the F.I.R., it appears that allegation against the petitioner is that she has assaulted the family members of the informant with brick stone. The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44667 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 languishing in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Muffasil (Muffasil Nawada) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019.
