2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023 registered for offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner, as well as, the seven criminal antecedents against the petitioner as per the information contained in paragraph no. 3 of the present bail application, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

4. Learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
