Neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The name of petitioner was disclosed by the co-accused, who was caught by the police after the alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S.Case No. 12 of 2015.
