The petitioner seeks bail in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 311 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have impersonated Shakil Ahmad and filed application for getting passport. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has no where come that it was the petitioner who applied for getting the passport and he is in jail since 09.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
