This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21622 of 2015 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail subject to condition that petitioner will deposit 20% of Rs. 3,18,74,281.60 within six months.

It is submitted that petitioner has deposited the amount in the month of May, 2016 and the bail bonds has not been cancelled as yet.

Since the petitioner is on bail and he has deposited the 20% of the entire amount, i.e., Rs. 3, 18, 74,281.60/-, alleged to have been misappropriated, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S. case No. 69 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1964 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 2015 is directed that he shall not cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner and allow the petitioner to remain on same bail bonds. Accordingly, the modification petition is disposed of. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
