This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are not named in the first information report. The names of the petitioners have appeared in the present case in course of the investigation and that also mere on suspicion raised against them. There is no direct or indirect evidence against the petitioners to suggest their implication in the present case. It has, further, been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents and are in jail since 30.11.2014 and 01.12.2014 respectively.

On behalf of the State it has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15857 of 2015 (2) dt.09-06-2015 2/2 submitted that admittedly the name of the petitioners have come in course of the investigation and they have played an active role in the case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah.
