Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that the petitioner was creating nuisance after consuming liquor.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special (Excise) Case No.254 of 2019 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur Police Station Case No.223 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors
