JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-01-2021 Earlier this petitioner approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail which was allowed vide order dated 22.7. 2020 but due to pandemic the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within time and as such the present application has been filed for extension of time. Considering the reason assigned in the present application, the application is allowed and 15 days further time from the date of communication of this order is extended for surrender of the petitioner in the court below.
