At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State

Patna High Court CWJC No.12449 of 2022(2) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 Housing Board, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, within a period of four weeks from today, he shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
