The petitioner is named in the First Information Report on the accusation that he demanded extortion money and further more the petitioner is carries criminal antecedent of four criminal cases but the submission on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is next door neighbour of the informant and as a matter of fact there was litigation between the parties and prior to the institution of the present case the informant had filed a complaint case bearing Complaint Case No. 621 ( C ) of 1995 against the father of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, let above named petitioner be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1078 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sumit Kumar Singh, J.M., Munger in Kasim Bazar P.S.Case No. 160 of 2015.
